Bad service delivery

I bought a fridge at game store wondepark last year November and since then the fridge it hasn't been working well it's either the rubber is out or it doesn't catch ice I have complained for more than 4 times and they do come and fix it and after 2months I experience the same thing,the last time the technician came they said they can't fix it because it's the same problem over and over,now am sitting with a fridge that's not working I through food away. I have been to game they said they will call the technician to come even now am still waiting.
