Bad service

. I received a call from online support imtiyaaz. Asked me to go to game pinetown... at game pinetown I spoke to Marius. Who said I need to come back with the actual bottle.. Yet photo where provided. Marius said all he can do is refund me for one sider which is abt 10 rand.. i think that's very unfair which wasn't my fault but my time gets wasted running to the store... I think I deserve better for the inconvenience
