BAD SERVICE

On the 4th of this month I went to game store Soshanguve to report my Defy oven. It's the second time this oven is giving me errors but this time around I'm struggling to get a technician to come and have a look at it. My appliance is on on extended warranty yet I'm made to feel that they're doing me a favour . I'm told that that their sla is 21 days so they're still within time according to their contractual obligations. I regret the day went to Game store to make a purchase and I will never repeat that mistake again. I was of the impression that they are a reputable organisation and they take pride in customer satisfaction, I guess I was wrong.
