Bad service

Game stores Im not happy with the way they treating me. I bought Fridge on 20 September on line paid them immediately and the delivery a faulty fridge and the came and take it. now the refuse with my refund. Every time I call them they tell me the are on the process and it's been a month now. How do I deal with this issue?
