Bad service

Very bad experience i had with GAME,I have ordered a router that was listed on Game's essential items,it has been more than nine days now,and I have been calling for assistance,but they keep telling me that there are problems one their side and they can't tell what it is yet they accepted my full payment of the product,they do not communicate and I must be the one who keeps phoning them spending more money than I should,I regret buying from game online,BAD BAD service by game and its consultants,Yolanda being one of them.
