Bad service by Lushern moodley @ game fourways

So my brother went to fourways mall Game store to buy a phone for his partner on Monday, when he got home they inserted the simcard and the network was not working, it only connects on WiFi, so the lady takes it back to game fourways mall they told her the phone only takes Vodacom Sim that's y it wasn't working she asked y wasn't the buyer advised the manager was rude and she left, got home put the Vodacom Sim still dies the same and she went back, the manager told her there's nothing they can do it's vodacom problem they sell phones not fix network issues, she went to vodacom where we were advised to take the phone back as it needs to be fixed. We went back to game tried explaining the guy got very rude the lady got upset too asking y would a phone less than 7 days give her issues n they don't wanna exchange or fix the issue it ended in a small fight got removed from the shop by security. Thanks to the kind security who ad we try a different game for help, we went to game Belair and it was fixed within 30 minutes. So please game fourways take ur manager Lushern moodley for training in customer service.
