Bad service by Game Store online
I made a purchase worth over R6000 from Game online on 5 October 2020 with the expectation that my order would be delivered in 7-10 days. To date, I have not received tracking information for my package and when I contact Game online support via email and telephone they are unable to provide clarity as to what happened to my purchase despite having confimed that my order and payment were received.
The order was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son and by the manner in which Game stores is not prioritizing this issue, He will be dissapointed on his special day.

At this point all I am looking for is my package which I ordered on time with the expectation of giving my 7 year old son the PS4 that he has been longing for. I made a promise to him that he will have his playstation on Friday which happens to be his birthday but due to incompetence in your company he will be dissapointed.
I cannot accoun for the numerous phone calls I have made to your customer care line enquirin about my purchase only to be sent on a wild goose chase.
I am frustrate and honestly have lost fait in the brand that is GAME.
