Bad Service, Bad Washing Machine

My parents are retired and they are being dealt with like second rate citizens by Game and Hisense, who's product, a Hisense 16 KG top loader washing machine (WTQ1602S), was sold to my parents.

This washing machine does not work correctly. It will reset continuously between the last spin cycle and rinse cycle, and it also damages clothes.

My parents have raised complaints numerous times with both Hisense and Game about this product and every time Game will just say they are waiting for a letter from Hisense and hisense will send someone out to "take notes" and report back. In all fairness Hisense did offer to replace the existing machine with another one that is brand new, but as the machine seems to damage clothes my parents are not interested in another machine from Hisense whether it is the same model or another model. They just want their money back so that they can buy another brand of machine that will not damage their clothes.
