Bad service

This was the worse service i got feom game Kenilworth ever. The store they made it look nice but tbe service is so poor. I was standing at the sport section waiting nd looking for someone for 15 mins or longer i just left, i then got someone alone the way and asked if there is anyone in that section and rep**** by saying come lets go to the back. On the way to the back someone elses asks him a question and leaves me and assits him by walking away from me. Then i just left that section. Went to my wife andshe was standing waiting for someone to help her with her tv license, there was so many staff doing nothing watching the sport on tv. Then we got someone to help. Got the barcode to pay. Got to the tills in front and there was only 3 people on the tills. The lines was long and everybody is on a slow mode and doing there own thing. Get to the tills and then they say we cant pay because something not right, then had to wait another 10 mins for them to sort that out. Bt there was nothing wrong they put the wrong code on the till. After asking me and my wife in and out about the tv license and am i sure that it is due now. I told him and explained to me many timesthat we got a sms with a date on and yes it does expire this month. This store was never like this. There is hardly any staff on the floor. Couldnt find no staff on the floor. All the front staff and managers are on a go slow amd dont care mode. They talking to each other more than worring about the customers. I am very disappointed.
