Bad Service

I have placed an order on the 23 June 2020 with game online and on the 24 June I received a notification that my order has been dispatched and its on the way.I haven't received my order to date. I have been liasing with Osline Roberts and he always gives me false promises that he will revert. I have been following up with him and he has now decided to ignore me. At the same time I have been following up with their contact centre and everyone I have chatted to gives me a false promise to contact me back with feedback and never bother. I am resolving to this platform because I am now helpless. I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I truly regret that I used their online platform to purchase the order. It was my first and last time. I even asked them to tell me where my order is sothat I can collect it myself; but in vain ; I cant even track it online as their tracking ystem does not even work and their live chat service its just a demo for them to be relevant.
