Bad service!!!!

I am so frustrated with Game Groblersdal in Limpopo! I got a new RSC card a few months ago and i never used it. Now when i wanted to buy a washing machine my card declines. We did call the credit office and they said the card is fine there is nothing wrong with it. This is now the 2nd time i am havibg trouble with customer service and my card.
