Bad service at Vaal Mall (Hisense tv)

We've recently purchased Hisense 58" 4k UHD smart TV at Vaal Mall on the 10/02/2025.

We got home, assembled the tv and removed the plastic. When we switched on the tv we noticed that it has lines and cracks. We immediately went back to the store to inform them about this matter.

We were told to bring the tv with, so we brought the tv the next day.

The staff came coming up with excuses that it was checked before leaving the store. They're defensive, rude and disrespectful. They did not assist us at all. Now I have to spend money for repairs.Im disappointed and I will never purchase at Game stores again.
