Bad service at the tellers

Very poor customer service in that on the 22November 2017 the cashier at counter 10 was abruptly rood. I greeted her and asked her for some bags she looked at me and handed me a bag to pack my own bags.(I don't mind doing it myself). But surly if you (Game) are going to make your customers pack their own bags you need to inform us your customers. Also please explain to your staff not to be so rude. When I got to the exit I asked the security guard (Very nice and friendly lady) if she perhaps know where the cashier for the counter at the door was and she rep**** that I need to ask the cashiers for someone to come and help me I just rep**** that the staff is lazy and they properly wouldn't even respond to my question. This is the first complain I have ever raised in my life. I don't want anything from any one but please speak to your staff or train them as this is totally unacceptable
