Bad service at Game Tyger valley branch never will I go back to them

I’m disgusted and disappointed with game Tyger valley branch how they treated me after I had an issue with a microwave that I bought from them view months ago which has a warranty on still. I gave the microwave and they told me to come back after 21 days. By the time I went to fetch the microwave I was informed that it’s not repairable as the supplier claimed and when I asked them to see the microwave it wasn’t the same condition as it was coz there are even some parts missing. Really? So terrified to experience this kind of bad service.
