Bad Service at Game Trade Route Mall

My Vacuum cleaner has been giving problems since lock down started It is a electrolux vacuum cleaner I took it back and they told me they don't do any repairs. It finally burnt after a year and was that the guarantee is expired. I found the papers and it shows that the vacuum cleaner has a 2 two year warrantee. The vacuum cleaner was booked at Game trade route on the 26 May 2021 my daughter enquired by them on the 16 June 2021 they told her they forgot to book it in. I am still awaiting for them to call me to tell when my vacuum will be ready .
