Bad service at Game store online

I bought a TV 65inch hisense December the 09, it was delivered on the 20th of December. I had cracked screen I reported it but they told me that I was late reporting they can't help me. I asked for the footage of the TV when it was handed to courier, to see if the tested it before it went out. They don't want to give, Am sitting with faulty TV that I paid in cash. They gave me R150 for the inconvenience of not delivering my TV brackets. Game store online is bad. I thought online is better with free delivery but not Game.
