Bad service at Game store and the head office

I have done a laybye at Centurion Mall for a Defy fridge and upon paying the whole amount. I was told that the fridge will be delivered to my house since I have also paid for the delivery fee. I was told that the fridge is at the warehouse and I have called countless times to enquire about my order and I am not receiving any assistance. Instead, I being transferred to one department without any help. This causes a serious inconvenience as my food are getting spoiled as I am expecting to have a fridge that I have paid a full amount for.
