Bad service at Game store

The service that i got from Game store is disgusting . I have purchace JVC tv at game store at Bloed Mall , then i have tv screen problem .Since i complain last year January 2017 ,im still stuck with the same problem. I have talk to managers at game but they cant resolve my problem. They do not give me feedback, i always went to game to complain but no solution. Please help me to resolve this problem hellopeter.
