Bad Service at Game Somerset Mall

Bad service at Game store in Somerset mall , l call to ask if they have stock and was told '' YES'' when i went to get it they didn't find the stock and gave me a raincheck , i received a sms that the product is in store , i called to ask if i can collect and was told its in store room and can collect for the second time. I got in store and they told me they cant find it but will order it and will call me the next day to collect and for the staff it was a big joke that I had to drive 3 times and today im still waiting for there call. Game store Somerset Mall dont care to make a customer happy at all.
