Bad service at game onlie

Well , I bought a fridge at Game Online last year August, the delivery took forever, a whole month. After two weeks of use the fridge part stopped working living only the freezer. In November I lodged a complaint to the game Online contacts they promised to assist me. To make it short they collected the faulty fridge month end 2023 January and up to now they are not sending the new fridge, no communication what so ever. Very disappointed.
