Bad service at Game Montana kolonade mall

I went to buy a few things at game in Montana and I had cash, I had a few notes and i was helped by a lady called Nonhlahla, she gave me my money back and said my money is old and she doesn't want it, I asked what does she mean she doesn't want the money because I'm not giving her or buying from her, it's not her money, I asked for the manager but still I got an attitude from her and told me my money is as good as a paper I can even throw it in the dustbin, I was not helped at all, I spend an hour at the shop before I can buy 4 items, I had to make calls to my husband so he can transfer me money to my acc so I can buy the products as it was for my baking business, I needed the stuff urgently, I laid a complaint on their email and they gave me a call and said they will contact me for update, it's been 3 weeks and nothing..
