bad service at Game liberty mall and useless lilly who has failed to provide feedback.

very bad services, i sent my phone for repairs and 5 weeks later, i still dont have my phone. The crazy part is that they said Vodacom was the network provider but when I sent the phone to Vodacom for repairs, they rejected the phone and said it wasn't their phone. My question is, who is the supplier if not Vodacom. I am annoyed truly. i keep getting sms's to collect my phone but when I get there they always tell me the phone is with the supplier then who is sending sms's if the phone is not ready.
