Bad service at Game Kimberly

After searching high and low for a power ranger figurine, I finally found one in the Game Toy pamphlet. Rushed to my nearest Game store in Bloemfontein where I received the best service ever.

The bundle I wanted was not on the shelf and they had nothing in storage, the sales person then checked the system and informed me that Kimberly had six. She then phoned Kimberley and requested that one be kept out for me.

To secure that this bundle would be there when I get there, the saleslady in Bloemfontein assured me that I can pay for it in Bloemfontein and I can send someone in Kimberly to fetch it. All that person needs in a picture of the slip and their identity document.

My mother then arrives at the Game store in Kimberly where the sales person then informs her that she cant just give her the product even though I paid for it and she must first check on the system. My mother then told the lady that Bloemfontein already checked and said there are six bundles available. This sales person then informed my mother that my mother should phone Game in Bloemfontein.

I am utterly disgusted in the service received at Game Kimberley, no one offered to call Bloemfontein, their other branch. They expect the customer to do it.

This is the last time I ever buy there.
