Bad service at Game Galleria Store

Today at 09:00am I went to Game Galleria, we had given a Bennet Read microwave for repairs and only for us to go there and ask them if the microwave was ready.

Then the lady at the customer service disk just through our slip at us saying that another guy is helping us after waiting for 1 and a half hours. The store looks like there are over staffed because there was about 5 to 6 workers standing and laughing at us when we had a problem, only to find out that one of them was a so called female manager.

There was a long que at the store and no one to help us, only when a lady said that she is going to put it on social media suddenly all the staff came to help.

MASSMART needs to do a serious performance review of the employees at the Game Galleria store as their staff are useless and don't care for the needs of the customer.
