Bad service at Game Evaton Mall

I received bad service at Game evaton Mall. I went there to buy a stove and was told that after payment I must go wait for it at their goods receiving. When we got to their receiving we waited for more than 45min with no one to assist, went back to the store for help and they still took their time to assist. A lady by the name of Phumzile finally came and was not looking eager to assist the still took their own time to bring my stove...when it finally arrived I expected them to bring it to us and we were told to do it our selves I asked the security guard lady tha was assisting us to get us someone to assist and she gave me bad attitude looking at me in a funny way but ended up bringing someone to help. If the guys do not want to work they must stay at home and give people with great customer service a chance to help us how we supposed to be serviced. I am very dissapointed I dont think I will ever buy anything there.
