Bad service at game

I bought a fridge 2 weeks ago online at game and they promised delivery between 3 and 5 days.I have been waiting for two weeks,no delivery and everytime I call,chat or phone them ,they gives the run around .They **** to me two days ago that my order is on the way.This is the most useless store and people working there and can't even trace their courier's.
