BAD SERVICE AT GAME BROOKLYN

I lodged a complaint regarding bad customer service at the Game Brooklyn Pretoria branch at the TV section. The store manager Benjamin has called me this morning and apologised on behalf of his staff and thanked me for bringing the matter to his attention, He told me he investigated the matter and he has taken the necessary steps to improve the service at this department.
