Bad Service at Game

Goodmorning I'm am unhappy 🙁 with the service I received at Game Gateway today, Monday I bought Powafix waterproofing paint yesterday they started to use the paint they stir the paint watery couldn't become thick and tried to apply it wasn't working still it was like he was applying sand on the membrane and it's smell its like an old paint. Today I took a taxi with heavy 5lt to return it to Game Gateway I went to customer services they call someone from the paint department I waited, he came and I told him my concern and I need a refund he called one of his colleague he went to him they stand there few minutes talking and they came to me looking at the paint and told me I need to ME I need to call the supplier they would come to me check the product I wanted to leave the paint there they said they not taking it, now I am taking Game's responsibility phoning the supplier with my expenses I'm not get through the supplier please help to me to sort this out why do you have customer service at the shop, up to now I haven't receive a response I sent whatsapp and email
