Bad service at GAME

Very unpleasant.. very unhappy .. Game ,you put ads on items you don't have . I waisted a trip to your store .. I ordered the item online which was canceled from game side due to no stock .. I called you customer line and I was told that a refund will be put thu . Now I'm awaiting for over a week now for my refund . My last email on web to expect my refund has been ignored for 2 days now . How long must I keep awaiting my refund.. Order number *** Name S bundipersad. I am totally shocked at a huge store like game to be so unprofessional.
