Bad service at Game

Went to game to purchase the stationary on the 10th January 2022 at Game Bloed mall. I took trolley from the store and the security guard told me not to take the trolley because it is not allowed. I tried to explain to him that I cannot carry my package because it is too heavy, he then took away the trolley. Imigine going where I parked my car with a heavy package because we are not allowed to use the trolley? I can understand the fact that we are not allowed to take the trolleies out of the mall,but while I'm still at mall I find it very disturbing. Or maybe Game is doing this because the store is located where black people are dominating? African children we are being treated like thirds.
