Bad Service and what a waste of time!!!!!!!!

Called in today to request a paid up latter and was advised i still have a balance of 300 and odd rands but i asked the weekend what is my total amount and i paid almost 12500.00 and i dealt with the floor manager in Cape Town called Nicole Lewendal. I have never come across such in-competent people that cant assist me. What is 12500.00 compared to 300? I will never use or support Game again.
