BAD SERVICE AND THATS THEIR NATURE ALWAYS YOU MUST CONTACT OMBUDS WITH THEM
Electric blacket not working bought in june, returned in October still under warranty but refused to repair/change it, i left it at the store even now its still there they don’t care even their complaint department couldn’t help, they only way is to contact ombudsman with game then you get help

25 Nov 2025, 12:37And did i not ask them to check it instore if it has been repaired they were not testing it, again that was gonna be my fault, i had to open the bag to ask them to test it before taking it thats when they saw its not been repaired still i had to ask why, the lady didn’t know till i ask her to check any comment from the supplier
