bad service and rude attitude

I write with so much disappointment with regards to the service and attitude i received from a cashier at game by the name of SINDISIWE SIMELANI AND HER SUPERIOR ,after the cashier a mistake and paid for my DSTV account instead of my GAME STORE account the both still had the nerve to tell me im at fault and they cant refund and theirs nothing they can do about it ....they are very rude and gave me attitude while at it really dissapointed
