Bad service and ****** from Staff

Hi

I brought in my Dri Buddi a few weeks ago for a replacement at a Game store Century City Cape town.

The staff were not helpful and rude. They firstly told me they would not replace the item then said they would.

They sent me an sms to collect the item, when I got there Saturday 17th April they did not give me the time of day, they gave me the item that had issues.

I am very upsat at the low levels of service given to me by Game Staff at Century City. They are very unprofessional and they are somewhat ******.

They were treating white customers with full attention.

I want a replacement of my Dri Buddi.
