Bad Service and products.

I bought a new Lenovo Laptop from Game Pavilion for my daughter him is currently a student. On 24 Feb 2022 I took the Lap top in as it was very slow and Lagging. Today after 21 days I phoned the Store literally 10 times and can not get through to Customer service. The person answering the call is just transferring the call without literning. What pathic Bad service from the staff.also their products are of bad quality. It's now over 21 days do I want a brand new Lap Top.
