Bad service and lies

Rcs game is the worst company to deal with purchased a fridge from game my term was captured incorrectly. Phoned rcs on the 1st December 2023 about it spoke to a Britney she assured me that my term has been fixed . Received my new statement today and nothing has been done regarding the issue. The repayment has not being changed neither the installment. I am now refusing to pay unless they fix the problem at hand. I had enough of their bad service and lies.
