Bad service and lies

I am so disappointed with the service received from the guy in the fridge section at Game Southgate Mall, I bought a fridge was promised delivery for the next day, a day turned to four days which ended up with none delivery but stories that Sumsung has no stock, of which I had to dig up for myself why was my delivery not made. Apparently the sales guy had been lying to me that delivery will be made. Like why didn’t he tell me straight that there is no stock and let me decide if I want to wait or purchase elsewhere. I feel ******* and delayed to get such horrible treatment from such a big store. With no apology whatsoever even from the manager as I had to go in store to find out what was happening I felt like they didn’t care for a manager and a sales person they are so customer service less and unprofessional. I am very angry at how I was treated
