Bad service and follow up
We purchased a stove in May 2025, which suddenly stopped working on 15 February 2026. The installation was conducted by an electrician arranged by Game. We reported the matter on 17 February 2026, and followed up daily on this issue, sending multiple emails which they claim to not have received. A technician finally arrived on 26 February 2026 to check the installation and indicated a part was burnt out and the installation had been faulty. Someone from Game then called us late in the afternoon of the same day, and told us Defy or Game will not be repairing the stove, which is still under warranty and was installed by THEIR electrician. The Game representative then indicated we must seek a certificate of compliance from the electrician (an electrician whose details we don't have and was organised by Game). That is not our responsibility as they should have records of their electricians and installers. We are very disgruntled by this matter.
I would not buy anything again if this is how they treat customers.
