Bad service and false information.

Been ten work days since the in shop for promotional cell phones. They keep promoting but there is no stock. I phone the brach talking with Simon the branch manager to get this sorted out. There was said that two days ago a parcel from a other brach will come in with the two phones. Today they other branch noticed they also didn't have stock. Contracts have been signed for the phone and now they don't have. Very disappointed with the service.
