Bad service and false info :(

I am SOOOO annoyed right now!!

I bought my son a trampoline as a surprise, and called game to confirm BEFORE I PAY, if we can pick up the product, in stead of having it delivered, and the person said YES!

JUST to find out AFTER paying that NO COLLECTIONS and to top it all, delivery will happen in 3-5 working days!!!!

This just really upsets me, as I would not have bought online if I knew we can't pick it up today!

Every body know 3-5 working days actually means 5 DAYS!!!

I will NEVER EVER buy online, and really, this is not fair :( :( :( :( :( :( :(
