Bad Service and False Advertising

I usually don't complain about businesses but this is NOT the first time that I received bad service from Game in the Garden Route Mall, George, Western Cape. I needed a quote on a few items like a tv, sound bar, TV Unit, vacuum cleaner, fan, 4 chairs&table for braai area, a kettle, one big Rug, doormats, a clock and 1 big Mirror.

My problem with this is that I came into the shop and ask for assistance on friday morning the 17th of November. The dealer was very helpful and friendly and wrote out the quote for me. I gave him my email address and ask him to email it to me but this morning I was still waiting for the quote. I called them and asked them why they didn't send the quote via email but they just said they did send the quote through to the manager Janine Ruiters (speaking under correction) but still I had to hammer on a reponse until she send it.

Not only did they give me bad service but also falsely advertised the Hisense Smart tv. that was on a special and the offer will be available until the 23rd of November. This morning they came with the news that the special is only valid until tomorrow and not the 23rd! I have however proof that they advertised it in their most recent lookbook.

Now my question is what steps must be taken to force them to sell the tv. For the price as advertised? I needed the quote on friday to send through to my Curator. Now I am probably not even going to get the money made available to me before the 23rd because of their bad service, delayed service and false advertising.

Please help me!
