Bad Service and Dont care attitude towards customers.

On the 5th of June I visited Game store in Rissik Street and I had to spend more than two hours even though I had made a direct deposit one week earlier prior to coming to the store. On Monday the 8th of June i expressed my disappoinment and how i felt that i was not treated fairly as a customer, I then recieved a response from Mr Gerhard Van Wyk informing me that the matter will be investigated and he will get back to me.( Im my opinion they can just view the CCTV footage of the main entrance as i was standing at the help desk the entire time) On the 20th of June i sent a follow up email but never got a response. Its almost two months now and It seems like I wont be getting a response and it was ok for a paying customer to wait for two hours before being assisted. I sometimes think that if the colour of my skin was different then the matter would have been handled differently but anyway IT IS WHAT IT IS. Ive moved on from it and ill just forget about it.
