Bad service and bad products

This complain goes out to Game store, in Jabulani mall, I purchased a kettle from them in August 2024, i t came with a warranty of a year, within 7 day the kettle bombed the kitchen main switch, i took the item back and i was told , i need to book in the item for repairs which i did and a new kettle was given to me 14 days later. Its Feb 2025 the decides to stop working, i return to the store on the 7th of Feb 2025, to request another brand kettle as i cannot continue the journey with Bennet Read brand and Game Store... I then had to wait for 45mins for a rep TVO to come tell me there is nothing she can do as, she was on lunch cause she is working alone with an attitude and she walks away, i then flipped and told her i want this brand anymore due to her behavior i started boiling up and told her , i need to get going as well as i have to pick up my son from school and with her attitude , i gave her all my details and walked out.. On the 12 Feb 2025 i decide to go into the store to ask what is happening after i missed a call and the lady manager gives me the attitude to say oh you the kettle lady and she calls someone to come to tell me that Game will not give me a voucher for another brand they will have to book on the kettle... Is this what we call service... Should i just app**** for a Game in store home to live there and then the freaked ups and downs of my petrol ...
