BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE!!!!

Not even though the rating is worth one star. Due to my RCS card/app being blocked, i contacted the RCS ***** division, and was told to go in store with my I.D. so that they could unblock me. although the so-called credit consultant was helping me, she was more concerned in talking to her colleagues and playing with her hair, yes she did make a photo copy of my I,D. and and so-called tried to email/fax it to the head office, but came back to me stating that either they or the head-office was off line and that I had to come back again.
