Bad service and attitute from the sales representative

I received a poor service from the sales representative when I was there to get my ordered item "Defy Built in Oven-Hob Bundle Stove" I ordered the stove on the 04/09/2017 and I went collect it on 09/09/2017 The issue started when I was asking for proper directions to the dispatch area at game store, centurion mall, The guy gave me bad attitude as I was asking direction several times so that I can get where is the dispatch as it was my first time collect an item from the dispatch
