Bad Service and abuse

We bought a Laundry Machine with game online on the 20 March 2022, till date on the 31 March at 16.57pm we haven’t received our delivery. We received a mail stating that a courier company by the name of Laser Logistics will be delivering our goods since they received it from the 24 March 2022. We called the company on the number *** spoke to a gentleman by the name of Modupe stating that he is the supervisor whom he was rude telling me that they called us on Saturday 26 March for delivery but we did not answer so they left the package so we will have to wait for him to dispatch it maybe Tomorrow. He **** about the call, I asked for his manager and the manager promised to fix it and get back to me, he didn’t. I called them back and the manager said the Modupe guy will call me to deliver, but again not call received. I made calls to their client care department today “31/03/2022” at 12:45 and the agent promised to get back to me with feedback, after an Hour I made another call to them and the Agent confirmed that there were no notes of the call I made earlier and that he will take it up to himself to call me back with feedback. He didn’t call till this time 16:57.

I am very much angry and disappointed by Game online team to note that My order is not delivered by this date. And they do not even check on customers who complain about their services again allowing their courrier companies to abuse us as if we are not paying for such.
