bad service an attitude from game n1city dstv consultants

on friday i decided to go to game n1 city to buy a dstv pakage when i got to the counter where they deal with dstv there was a guy infront off me complaining about his decoder that he bought which was faulty the sales person dressed in dstv clothing told him that he must take the faulty decoder to dstv itself when he left i asked the lady who dealt with him about pakages available she then told me whats availalble and i chose one i then asked her i hope that she is not selling me also a defected decoder an she respoded in a unproffesional manner no its not the same and she then wrote out a slip that i had to go pay at the counter the way she handled me i felt that she had a bad attitude she was not help full as to explaining to me what the package intails i then left the store with out buying anything as they have no customer s****s at all bad service
