Bad service again!

On Saturday that past, not yesterday but the Saturday before yesterday, my husband took a snookums electric breast pump to the store to sort out as it is not functioning properly and is still under warranty, I believe the manager was to call him however on Monday but there was no response, Just to mention and point out that my husband has a disability, and this is ridiculous, please advise what I am supposed to do with a breastpump that is not operational and still under warranty
