Bad service

No service, 1 person having to assist 5 people at once, waiting around. Wanting to buy a tv with my husband tv license as a surprise gift, not able.. but I can buy on-line and have to pay now for. delivery on an item that I have in my hands and need to wait 10 days.. ridiculous
