Bad service

I'm unhappy with service I got from Game store. I bought Fridge online cash and it was delivered at my place, firstly the didn't make me aware on the day of delivery, luckily the was someone. When I get home I open the fridge the bottom door was damaged. I made them aware immediately. I've been getting emails without solution. Today I'm at work they sent the person to my home with my knowledge. Who works from home now cause covid-19 is no more. I'm so angry and the attitude of the person who called.
